We are always anxious to develop new techniques and applications of screen printing. For example, in 2008 we added two new textile processes, both with the objective to lessen the feel of our embellishment. We now offer dye sublimation for a super soft hand on polyester and dye discharge, which is a process used on cotton shirts in which we remove the dye in the shirt and then use water based inks which have a very soft hand.
We also added epoxy doming to our repertoire, which is a unique way to add visual and tactile impact to stickers and flat objects by applying a clear three dimensional protective layer of epoxy or polyurethane. This is yet another example of how we are giving our customers special opportunities to make their image stand out and be remembered.
